Omdat onze laarzen met natuurlijke materialen met de hand worden gemaakt, kunnen er soms kleine verschillen tussen paren zitten. Denk aan handmatig snijden en vormen van het leer, het borduren en perforeren van elk motief, en het samenbrengen van alle onderdelen tot laarzen met een eigen identiteit. Elk paar heeft een trackingcode die wordt geregistreerd, zodat jouw laarzen echt uniek zijn. Dit zijn laarzen die je jarenlang bij je houdt, voor herinneringen die blijven.

Een van de belangrijkste onderdelen in het proces is de Goodyear stitching. Dit systeem bestaat uit een dubbele stiknaad die het bovenwerk met de zool verbindt. Een interne stiknaad zet het bovenleer vast aan de binnenzool en de welt, en een tweede stiknaad bevestigt de welt aan de zool.
